If for any reason there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will contact as soon as possible to inform you of the reason for the delay. We will aim to contact you within 24hours.
Orders placed on Fridays will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays.)

We calculate your postage by the weight of your order and would therefore appreciate it if you could send us an email or complete our contact form on our website.
